Materials
Materials are not included in your course fee. The items you will need to bring with you are listed below:
Students - please bring with you:
- A couple of sheets of A4 or equivalent size 140lb (300gsm) cold pressed ('Not' surface) watercolour paper
- Watercolour paint in either tubes or pans. If bringing tubes then you will need a palette.
- Basic set of recommended colours: Ultramarine Blue, Cadmium Yellow Pale, Burnt Sienna, Raw Sienna
- A selection of good quality coloured pencils (watercolour pencils can be used but we will not be using them wet)
- Either Derwent, Faber Castell, Caran D’Ache or WH Smiths brand of pencils
- Pencil sharpener
- One size 8 or 10 and one size 4 round watercolour brush
- Kitchen Roll
- Eraser
- 2B pencil
