Some materials will be provided by the tutor. The approximate cost of these will be £4.00, payable to the tutor during the course. The items you will need to bring with you are listed below.
The tutor may not have the facilities to take card payments for materials in the workshops. Please remember to bring cash or your cheque book if your course involves buying materials from the tutor.

- Images of the shoreline, personal photographs, sketches, found objects and memories, alternatively use the resources supplied by the tutor to spark an idea.
- A canvas box frame of choice, no bigger than A3 size; alternatively you could bring a set of small canvases to work on.
- A selection of brushes for use with acrylic paint, include a number 10 or 12 round brush if you have one.
- A sketchbook pen and pencil for notes and compositional development.
- Apron or overall, please wear suitable clothing.
