Further Detail
This course is intended as a follow up to Machine Embroidery Part 1 although it is also open to anyone with some knowledge of free machining. There will be a recap on the basics of free machine embroidery and we will move on to look at how to work with heavy threads and the use of the twin and wing needles to create colour and texture.
You will leave the course with a set of stitched reference samples showing these different techniques together with a wealth of ideas on how to take these techniques forward in your own work.
Skills/Techniques Covered
Level
Those with some experience in machine embroidery who wish to improve on the basics.
Materials

Please Bring With You
We advise that you do not buy any materials required for a course more than two weeks in advance, because occasionally a course is cancelled due to low enrolment.
