Further Detail
Making a bag uses the three-dimensional felt method. We will be making the bag without any sewing. Using a ‘resist’ to keep the front and back of the bag separate the wool is wrapped around the edges before the felting solution is used and the whole piece is ‘shrunk’ into a finished bag shape. You will create designs to cover the front and back of your bag, add pockets and straps or handles, all the things that you need to make a bag perfect.
