Further Details:
We will make at least two scarves in this one day workshop. The first will be made using simple iron fix silk paints which you can continue to use easily at home. This scarf can be taken home on the day. The second scarf will be made with silk dyes which will then need to be steam fixed, thus sent onto you shortly after the course.
A number of different Shibori style folding and binding techniques will be shown during the day and you are then free to design your own scarves using your preferred option(s). Because of the nature of the making process, each one will be quite unique.
