From a selection of prepared designs, ranging from A5 – A4 in size you will learn how to cut glass, work with lead to assemble the pieces into a panel and then solder and cement the panel to finish. The final cleaning stage is done at home the next day.
There will be demonstrations of each technique and individual guidance for each stage.

Materials
Material costs are not included in your course fee.
All materials will be provided by the tutor. The approximate cost for making a panel will be £15 – £20 depending on size. If you make more than one piece you will be charged accordingly. Please note there is an additional charge of £5 for the use of specialist tools and equipment. These costs are payable directly to the tutor at the end of the day
The tutor may not have the facilities to take card payments for materials in the workshops. Please remember to bring cash or your cheque book if your course involves buying materials from the tutor.

We advise that you do not buy any materials required for a course more than two weeks in advance, because occasionally a course is cancelled due to low enrolment.
