Workshop Details
Silk ribbon is very easy to use as it is soft and malleable and the picture "grows quickly". Using a very simple method, a pot or basket will be painted in place and then filled with beautiful silk ribbon blooms and foliage. With pictures and samples of work for inspiration and demonstrations of different stitches, you will soon create a unique picture to be proud of.
Skills & Techniques Covered
Materials
Materials are not included in the booking fee. The tutor will provide a kit containing all you need including the backing fabric for £8. Please bring cash or cheque to pay the tutor direct on the day.
Students Please Bring
We advise that you do not buy any materials required for a course more than two weeks in advance, because occasionally a course is cancelled due to low enrolment.
