This two-day, onsite workshop is suitable for all levels of ability including beginners
Workshop Details
On this workshop you will practice Chinese Brush Painting by producing various compositions on an Autumn theme. You will be painting flowers and fruit, and a misty landscape. These will be completed using the free style method, using the traditional equipment of Chinese ink, paper, brushes and watercolour.
Materials
Materials are not included in the booking fee. All materials will be provided by the tutor. The approximate cost of these will be £ 30, payable to the tutor during the workshop. Please bring cash or cheque to pay for materials on the day.
Please feel free to bring any Chinese materials you may already have.
Students - please bring with you:
We advise that you do not buy any materials required for a course more than two weeks in advance, because occasionally a course is cancelled due to low enrolment.

- Mixing plates, old white plates ideal.
- Any watercolour paints, we use a lot of colour, so cheap tubes are fine
- A piece of old white/cream blanket, or if not, newspaper
