- Christine always recommends charity shops and car boot sales as ideal places to pick up fabric scraps if you don't have anything suitable at home. Think along the lines of old cotton shirts or bed linen etc. which can often be bought for pennies.
- For the sewing materials, any local haberdashery should have everything you need in stock. Alternatively, try online stockists such as Hobbycraft, Crafty Ribbons or Amazon.
