This one-day, onsite workshop is suitable for complete beginners and those wishing to refresh.
Workshop Details
Spend the day playing with polymer clay creating pretty pieces for jewellery using basic quilling techniques. Polymer clay is a malleable material that is baked in a domestic oven. Available in a rainbow of colours, it can be mixed and blended to create beautiful effects. This workshop will show you how to create pretty motifs for jewellery, card-making etc. You will also be shown how to blend 2 colours to achieve an ombre effect. This workshop will introduce novices to the marvels of polymer clay and develop the skills of those already familiar with its addictive qualities!
Skills & Techniques Covered
Materials
Materials are not included in the booking fee. All materials will be provided by the tutor. The approximate cost of these will be £5, payable to the tutor during the day
Students - please bring with you:
wet wipes (not water wipes as these may rust my pasta machines)
an apron (optional, this is not really that messy)
