Workshop Details
On this workshop the tutor will show you how to sketch the coastlines and resorts of the Mediterranean with watercolour and coloured pencil. Using photographs as reference, you will be shown how to paint beaches, cliffs, coastlines and buildings. By the end of the day, you will have produced a couple of sketches.

Materials
Materials are not included in the booking fee. The items you will need to bring with you are listed below:
Students - please bring with you:
- A few sheets or a pad of A4 or equivalent size 140lb (300gsm) cold pressed (Not surface) watercolour paper
- Watercolour paint in either tubes or pans. If bringing tubes, then you will need a palette.
- Basic set of recommended colours:
- Ultramarine Blue, Cobalt Blue (optional), Cadmium Yellow Pale, Burnt Sienna, Raw Sienna, Viridian Green
- One size 10 or 12 and one size 2 or 4 round watercolour brush
- A basic set of coloured pencils. As many different colours as possible.
- Tissues
- Eraser
- 2B or 4B pencil
- Pencil sharpener
