Class details
Led by Certified Zentangle® Teacher, Sheila Murray, our Zentangle® classes are a perfect opportunity to step out of your daily routine and immerse yourself in the world of relaxation and creativity!
Christmas is a great time to enjoy creating Zentangle® designs. We will be working on two small baubles, packed full of tangles, using metallic gel pens to create beautiful, coloured decorations.
Mount your tangle on a card to make the perfect Christmas card for someone you love, join them together with a ribbon to hang on your tree, or make even smaller ones to use as gift tags. A template will be provided to create the basic outline ‘string’.
Differing slightly from our usual LivePlus™ format, these classes are completely interactive - from both a teaching and a social aspect - all students are encouraged to tangle along live each week, chatting and asking questions to gain the most from the process.
To enable you to practice again in your own time, the sessions will be recorded and tangles will be accompanied by written notes as an aide memoire.

- A variety of tangle styles and how to draw them
- Learn how we add shading to create a 3D effect
- Enjoy using a variety of coloured gel pens
Additional Information
All Ardington ONLINE classes and talks are accompanied by their own online class page. Helpful and easy to use, these private pages enable students and tutors to share resources, ideas and photos with each other – before, during, and after class.
Sheila will offer personal feedback for any work submitted via the class page within thirty days of the class ending. The link to access the page will be shared via email in the days leading up to the class.
We suggest that you do not buy any specialist materials more than one week in advance as, occasionally, a class may be cancelled due to low enrolment.
