This one-day, onsite workshop is suitable for beginners and those wishing to refresh.
Workshop Details
We will make a garden seat using fresh living willow, the seat can be transplanted to your garden to make a beautiful and practical garden feature. Using freshly harvested willow, 2-metre-long stakes will be spaced in a wooden template as we weave the sides of the one-person seat again with fresh willow. The stakes will be joined over the top if required to create a lovely willow shelter to sit in, which will leaf over as the year progresses. Alternatively, a border can be made for a lower open seat.
Skills/Techniques Covered
Materials
Materials are not included in your course fee. All materials will be provided by the school. The approximate cost of these will be £15, payable to the school on the day. We can take cash or card payments for the materials.
