ArtTalk Details
Scotland has produced some distinctively original and important artists from the last part of the 19th century to new expressions in the early 20th. The colourists and “Glasgow Boys” are fascinating, but often not so well known. Martin looks at the concerns of these artists, both in relation to rural and coastal life in Scotland and their enduring influence and appeal.
Two years ago, Martin visited Scotland taking many original photographs of their paintings which will be included in this talk.
