This LivePlus™ online workshop is ideal for beginners and those with experience of working with mixed media.
Workshop details
Jo's first workshop with us here at Ardington will be a bitesize introduction to creating landscapes in mixed media. A great opportunity to experiment with some mixed media techniques, you will discover how to combine different media to express your observations of colour, pattern, and texture to bring richness to your landscape scenes.
Jo will show you how to create interesting paper surfaces that can be used as ‘samples’, or layered using collage techniques, as well as how to work in a wide range of materials from ink, acrylics and oil pastels to those of your choice
Specific skills you will learn at the workshop
Equipment & materials list
Materials are not included in the course fee. All the materials and equipment you will need are listed below.
This list is for guidance only - you can improvise and source your own materials, either in advance or once you have seen the LivePlus™ workshop, giving you maximum flexibility to choose how you would like to approach this craft.
You needn't have the materials ready whilst watching the live demonstration – the demo session is a time to watch, ask and learn. After the demo you will be sent a link to the recording, which you can watch as many times as you wish for thirty days.
