Further Details:
A rigid heddle loom will be set up so the weft will completely cover the warp (the threads on the loom). You will be able to experiment with two colours either on the same shuttle or on two shuttles. On the 4-shaft loom you will start by lifting two shafts at a time to produce diagonal lines and zigzags. The lifting sequence can then be changed to produce diamonds. You will also be able to see how patterns can be formed on a rigid heddle loom with a coloured warp.
