How to use Zoom

​Click on the link sent in your joining instructions, then follow these steps:
  1. Click on ‘Open Zoom’ 
  2. Click on ‘Join With Video’ 
  3. You will be placed in our ‘Waiting Room’ so that we can verify your booking. This is a security measure to protect you and us from uninvited guests.
  4. Once you are admitted to the call,  click on ‘Join With Computer Audio’
  5. As the tutor starts their demonstration, we will begin to record the session. You may be asked to confirm that you consent to the meeting being recorded, please click on 'Continue' to confirm consent and remain in the meeting.
  6. ​Sit back and enjoy!

If you haven’t joined us online before, it's worth spending a little time getting familiar with Zoom before your first workshop or talk to ensure you are comfortable with how everything works. You can join a test Zoom call here and have a play.
