Coronavirus (COVID-19) Procedures - update as at 27th February 2022
As you know, there are no longer any Government restrictions in place but our approach is still cautious and we would encourage you to take a similar approach. It’s safe to say we will always support those of you who are still being careful for whatever reason, whether it’s the use of masks, keeping your distance or us providing more ventilation. We still have, and will always have, the large TV screens to show the up-close work of the tutor without you having to get up close. We will still be serving the morning cookies and lunches in individual bags, but there is no longer any need for you to bring your own mug (unless you wish to).
We provide a regular update to students on the status of your particular course. If your course is cancelled by us, we will offer a full refund, or a transfer to another course, in line with our usual policy. If you cancel your attendance, our usual cancellation policy applies.
Online Workshops
If you are not ready to return to the school in person, we have extended our programme of safe, socially-distant online LivePlus workshops and ArtTalks, which are proving to be extremely popular. You can see the full programme, here on our website.
These sessions are hosted live on Zoom video conferencing, which our students and tutors describe as incredibly simple to use. Our policy is always to keep the group size small, so that the tutor can manage to work with and get to talk to all the students. Feedback on your work, plus the opportunity to have discussions with other students and the tutors (if you wish) are a feature part of these sessions.
We hope to see you again soon, and in the meantime, do feel free to give us a call or drop us a line to discuss any aspects of our programmes and procedures.
With best wishes, Yvonne, Simon and Gemma
