The theme for this exchange will be FAIRY TALES
 

Our envelope exchange is all about getting creative and having fun. You design and send one-of-a-kind, decorated envelopes to each other, inspired by the theme above; turning something simple into a mini masterpiece.
 

People use all kinds of techniques—painting, drawing, stamping, collaging, lettering, even embroidery! The idea is to make each envelope uniquely personal and full of artistic flair.


Key Dates

• Registration closes on Wed 14th January 2026
• Groups will be announced by Wed 21st January 2026
• Last posting date for envelopes is Fri 20th February 2026

Although registration is free, you must checkout using our usual booking process above.  Please remember to include your full postal address at checkout - this is the address that your envelopes will be sent to! 
 

​​​Once registration closes, we will organise exchange groups based on the options you select above.  We will be keeping it small and friendly (the Ardington way) which means you are preparing and posting a maximum of three envelopes and should receive the same number in return.
