Following on from Samantha's successful Indian Miniature Painting classes, this brand-new class will delve into the beautiful world of Indian pattern, specifically gold work on colour.
Taking a Mughal border pattern we will look at how to create a delicate gold pattern using line work and shading, as well as colour blocking for the background colour.
Traditional techniques of colour filling , burnishing, and fine brushwork will all be covered.
