Take some time away from the festive mayhem to slow down and indulge in a bit of ‘me’ time with this gentle work-along session.  We will take our inspiration from winter foliage and berries, creating a richly detailed wreath design using paint (watercolour and/or gouache), print, and linework.
 

There will be colour mixing demos, basic watercolour techniques and some simple printing techniques using kids craft foam.  Add a little linework with dip pens or fineliners, a spot of spattering and maybe a bit of bling - Karen can never resist a touch of gold paint or glitter - to complete your image.
 

You can work along with Karen at a gentle pace – a template for the stamps will be provided – or work from your own inspiration, incorporating the materials and methods demonstrated. So grab yourselves a cuppa, turn off your phone and enjoy a peaceful afternoon playing with paint!
